Free consultations with me for the service I offer at ZENEDA®, is capped to 45 minutes. In the salon, 30 minutes. It's important to cap your time because time is money at the end of the day.

Phone time should wrap in 5-7 minutes max and if you're spending longer it's because you've seen potential for a sale and taking a deposit for their new hair appointment saving consultation time in the salon plus closing the sale.
